Introduction：The Hammer Crusher is a classic and highly efficient impact-type crushing machine widely used for processing materials of medium hardness and brittleness in mining, cement, chemical, construction, and power industries. Working Principle：The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed inside the crushing chamber, imparting significant kinetic energy to the hammers mounted on it. Material fed from the top inlet is shattered by the impact, shearing, and striking force of the high-speed hammers. Simultaneously, the material itself is thrown against the liner plates inside the chamber for secondary fragmentation. Properly sized material passes through the gaps of the bottom grate bars, while larger particles remain in the chamber for further impact until completely crushed.
