Case Details

Introduction: The original plant consisted of two 900t/d production lines. To meet the enterprise’s strategic development goals, the client decided to construct an additional 1,500t/d production line adjacent to the existing facility. This expansion posed significant demands on Shunzhi Mining's design capabilities, engineering experience, and project management. It required seamless coordination of resources to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery—without interrupting the original plant’s operations.Shunzhi Mineral Equipment delivered full EPCM+O services for the 1,500 t/d polymetallic ore project in Russia. From process design to equipment supply and on-site construction, the team managed the entire project, ensuring on-time completion, smooth commissioning, and early achievement of production targets.

  • Crushing

  • The raw ore is reduced from -200mm to -15mm via a three-stage closed-circuit crushing process, with a throughput of approximately 200 t/h.

  • Grinding & Classification

  • The crushed ore undergoes one-stage closed-circuit grinding, achieving a fineness of 60–65% passing -200 mesh. A gravity separation system including a jigging machine and shaking table is incorporated to recover gold concentrate from the grinding circuit.

  • Flotation

  • A priority flotation process is used—lead is floated first, followed by zinc. The lead flotation consists of one roughing, three scavenging, and three cleaning stages; the zinc flotation involves one roughing, four scavenging, and three cleaning stages.

  • Dewatering

  • The lead and zinc concentrates undergo two-stage dewatering: thickening in the first stage, followed by ceramic filtration equipment to achieve dry concentrate discharge and facilitate efficient handling and storage.
