The High-Efficiency Agitator Tank is a high-performance mixing equipment designed for uniform material mixing, reaction or dissolution. The High-Efficiency Agitator Tank mainly consists of a tank body, mixing device, transmission system, support structure and sealing device. The tank body is made of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials, and materials such as stainless steel and carbon steel with rubber lining can be selected according to material characteristics; the mixing device is equipped with optimally designed blades, commonly including propeller type and turbine type, and the blade angle and rotation speed can be adjusted according to different working conditions; the transmission system adopts a structure of motor matched with reducer to ensure stable power transmission; the sealing device adopts mechanical seal or packing seal to effectively prevent material leakage and external impurities from entering. The equipment specifications can be customized according to the processing capacity requirements, covering from small laboratory equipment to large industrial equipment.
The motor drives the mixing shaft to rotate through the reducer, and the mixing shaft drives the blades to make circular motion in the tank body. During the rotation of the blades, shearing, impacting and circulating effects are generated on the materials in the tank: the shearing effect breaks the material agglomerates and refines the material particles; the impacting effect promotes the rapid flow of materials and forms local turbulence; the circulating effect realizes the exchange of materials in different areas of the tank body and avoids mixing dead corners. Through the synergistic cooperation of these three effects, the materials can be uniformly mixed, fully reacted or quickly dissolved in a short time.
