Product Details
High Weir Spiral Classifier is a core equipment for mineral processing classification, categorized as classification equipment. Optimized tank structure and spiral blade design, with overflow weir higher than spiral blades, suitable for coarse and medium particle size slurry classification, often matched with ball mill to realize "grinding-classification" closed loop.
The main body consists of U-shaped tank + spiral mechanism. The tank is welded with steel plate, inner wall paved with wear-resistant liner; spiral blades are cast with wear-resistant alloy, driven by reducer motor. Overflow weir height is adjustable, with sand discharge port at the bottom. Specifications Φ300-Φ1500, processing capacity 5-180m³/h, suitable for different grinding systems.
Slurry enters U-shaped tank. Under gravity, coarse particles settle to the tank bottom; spiral blades rotate to push settled sand to sand discharge port (return to ball mill for regrinding); fine particles overflow the weir with slurry and discharge, entering subsequent separation process to complete classification.
