Product Details
Introduction: A hydrocyclone group consists of two or more hydrocyclones connected in series or parallel, equipped with shared underflow and overflow tanks. Lined with wear-resistant materials and optionally fitted with automatic control systems, it meets large-scale processing needs in mining, environmental protection and other fields, with a classification efficiency of 70-85%, strong adaptability and convenient maintenance.
Working Principle: Mixed materials enter each unit in the group under pressure to form a high-speed vortex, generating a centrifugal force field dozens to hundreds of times the gravity. Coarse particles or high-density components are thrown to the wall and discharged from the underflow port with the outer vortex, while fine particles or low-density components gather in the center and are discharged from the overflow port with the inner vortex. Multiple units work synergistically through a slurry distributor, and the underflow and overflow are collected into shared tanks respectively to complete separation.
