Product Details
Submerged Spiral Classifier is a special equipment for fine particle classification, categorized as classification equipment. Optimized spiral blade immersion depth and tank flow state, blades are completely submerged in slurry, with higher classification accuracy, suitable for fine grinding slurry classification, often matched with overflow ball mill.
The main body consists of deep U-shaped tank + fully submerged spiral. The tank is welded with corrosion-resistant steel plate, inner wall paved with wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant liner; spiral blades are forged with wear-resistant alloy, driven by variable frequency reducer motor. The tank bottom has a conical sand discharge port, and the overflow end is equipped with a flow stabilizer. Specifications Φ500-Φ2000, processing capacity 8-250m³/h, suitable for fine classification needs.
Slurry enters deep U-shaped tank, fine particles are uniformly suspended under the action of flow stabilizer; spiral blades rotate at low speed to avoid disturbing fine particles, and push settled sand at the tank bottom to sand discharge port (return to ball mill); suspended fine particles overflow the tank with slurry to complete fine classification.
