A general conveying equipment that realizes continuous material transmission through an annular conveyor belt. With a mature transmission structure design, it can realize horizontal, inclined and combined conveying. A single equipment can convey a distance of 10-2000 meters, with an hourly output ranging from 10 tons to 5000 tons, and can adapt to the transmission needs of various forms of materials such as bulk materials, piece goods and semi-fluids.
It is mainly composed of a conveyor belt (rubber, PVC, stainless steel and other materials can be selected according to material characteristics), drive roller, direction-changing roller, idler group, tensioning device and electric control system. The structure design is simple and compact.
Parallel idler groups can be used for horizontal conveying, and centering idler groups are configured for inclined conveying to prevent conveyor belt deviation. The equipment can be equipped with unloaders, cleaners, dust covers and other auxiliary devices according to on-site needs, suitable for conveying scenarios from heavy bulk materials such as coal and ore to piece goods such as cartons and packages.
After the electric control system starts the drive motor, the motor drives the drive roller to rotate through the reducer. The friction between the surface of the drive roller and the conveyor belt overcomes the running resistance of the conveyor belt and materials, and drives the conveyor belt to perform circular motion. Materials are evenly laid on the conveyor belt through the feeding device, move synchronously with the conveyor belt to the specified position, and the unloading is completed by the unloading device.
The idler group supports the conveyor belt to reduce the sagging deformation of the conveyor belt; the tensioning device adjusts the tension of the conveyor belt to ensure stable friction between the drive roller and the conveyor belt and prevent slipping.
