A special conveying equipment upgraded on the basis of ordinary belt conveyors. By adding corrugated sidewalls on both sides of the conveyor belt and installing transverse partitions in the middle, it breaks through the inclination limit of traditional belt conveyors, can realize 30°-90° steep-angle continuous conveying, effectively solves the material conveying problem in steep terrain or narrow spaces, and greatly reduces the floor area.
The core components include a corrugated sidewall conveyor belt (sidewall height 50-500mm optional, material is wear-resistant rubber), transverse partitions (welded or bonded to the conveyor belt at a certain distance to form a hopper-like structure), drive roller, direction-changing roller and special idler group. The sidewalls and transverse partitions are made by integrated vulcanization process, which are firmly combined with the conveyor belt and have excellent tear resistance.
The equipment is equipped with anti-deviation device and tensioning device to ensure stability during steep-angle operation. Different heights of sidewalls and partition spacings can be selected according to material characteristics.
The drive motor drives the drive roller to rotate through the reducer, and drives the corrugated sidewall conveyor belt to circulate through friction. After the material enters from the feed inlet, it falls into the "hopper" formed by the transverse partition and the sidewall. The transverse partition bears the gravity of the material to prevent the material from sliding down under the steep-angle state; the corrugated sidewalls on both sides block the material from overflowing to the side, forming a closed conveying space. With the movement of the conveyor belt, the material is continuously conveyed to the high-altitude unloading point to complete the steep-angle lifting and conveying.
