A closed continuous conveying equipment adopting the principle of screw blade rotation and pushing. It is specially designed for powder, granular and small lumpy materials, which can effectively prevent dust leakage and secondary pollution during material conveying. The conveying direction can realize horizontal, inclined (maximum inclination 30°) and vertical conveying, suitable for small and medium-sized material conveying scenarios.
It is mainly composed of screw blades (made of carbon steel or stainless steel, selected according to material wear and corrosion), sealed casing, drive motor, reducer and bearing seat. The casing adopts a fully sealed structure, and both ends are equipped with dust-proof sealing devices to effectively block dust overflow.
The gap between the screw blade and the inner wall of the casing is controlled at 5-10mm to ensure pushing efficiency while reducing wear. The equipment can be equipped with multiple feed inlets and discharge outlets on the casing according to needs, realizing a flexible operation mode of multi-point feeding and single-point or multi-point discharging.
The drive motor drives the screw blade to rotate along a fixed axis through the reducer. The spiral surface of the blade generates thrust with the material, pushing the material to move axially along the inner wall of the casing, and conveying it from the feed inlet to the specified discharge outlet. During the conveying process, the fully sealed casing prevents materials from contacting the outside world and avoids dust leakage; for easy bonding materials, special screw blades with stirring teeth can be selected to prevent materials from accumulating and blocking in the casing. During vertical conveying, the thrust generated by the screw blade needs to overcome the material gravity and casing friction to realize material lifting.
