Ceramic Vacuum Filter is an efficient solid-liquid separation filtration equipment, designed for filtration and dewatering of fine-grained and viscous materials. Adopting "ceramic filter plate + vacuum negative pressure" integrated technology, combined with backwashing and automatic slag discharge system, it has high filtration precision, low filter cake moisture content and low energy consumption, suitable for refined filtration needs in mineral processing, metallurgy, chemical industry and other fields.
Main body includes ceramic filter plate, drum, vacuum system, backwashing system, slag discharge device and PLC control system. Ceramic filter plate is made of porous ceramic material, aperture 0.1-5μm optional, filtration area 1-100㎡; drum speed 0.1-5r/min adjustable; vacuum system vacuum degree -0.06~-0.09MPa; backwashing system adopts high-pressure water or compressed air to realize filter plate regeneration; slag discharge device is scraper type or screw type. Processing capacity 0.2-50t/h, filter cake moisture content 8%-25%.
The drum drives the ceramic filter plate to rotate. The filter plate immersed in the slurry tank intercepts the solid phase to form a filter cake under the action of vacuum negative pressure, and the liquid passes through the filter plate into the vacuum system and is discharged; after the drum rotates out of the slurry tank, it passes through the sution area for further dehydration and the backwashing area to remove impurities in the filter cake pores to realize filter plate regeneration; finally, the filter cake is scraped off and discharged by a scraper or screw device in the slag discharge area to complete the continuous filtration cycle.
