Disc Vacuum Filter is a core large-scale solid-liquid separation equipment, designed for continuous filtration and dewatering of medium and fine-grained materials. Adopting "multi-disc parallel filtration + vacuum negative pressure dewatering" integrated technology, combined with automatic unloading and filter cloth regeneration system, it realizes large-capacity continuous operation with stable filter cake moisture content, widely suitable for batch production needs in mineral processing, metallurgy, coal and other fields.
The main body consists of filter disc group, main shaft transmission system, slurry tank, vacuum suction system, scraper unloading device, filter cloth cleaning system and PLC control system. The filter disc adopts stainless steel frame covered with polyester/nylon filter cloth, with single disc diameter 1.5-5.5m, customizable number of discs 2-12, total filtration area 5-350㎡; main shaft speed is stepless adjustable at 0.1-3r/min; vacuum system vacuum degree is stable at -0.05~-0.085MPa; unloading scraper angle can be fine-tuned, combined with high-pressure water + compressed air double cleaning mode to regenerate filter cloth. Processing capacity 5-550t/h, filter cake moisture content 15%-35%, suitable for material particle size 0.01-2mm.
After the equipment is started, the main shaft drives multiple groups of filter discs to rotate synchronously, and about 1/3 of each disc area is immersed in the slurry tank. Under the negative pressure of the vacuum system, the liquid in the slurry is sucked into the filtrate tank through the filter cloth, and the solid particles are intercepted by the filter cloth and form a uniform filter cake on the disc surface; as the disc rotates, the filter cake rotates out of the liquid surface and enters the suction area to further remove interstitial water; when reaching the unloading area, the adjustable angle scraper scrapes off the filter cake by force, which is discharged through the collecting tank; finally, the disc enters the cleaning area, and high-pressure water and compressed air alternately wash the filter cloth pores to remove residual impurities and realize filter cloth regeneration, completing the continuous cycle of "filtration-suction-unloading-regeneration".
