High Frequency Dewatering Screen is a core equipment for dewatering and de-medium of fine-grained materials, designed for mineral dewatering, desliming and de-medium. Adopting "high-frequency vibration + inclined screen surface" integrated technology, optimizing vibration excitation system and screen mesh structure, it has high dewatering efficiency and large processing capacity, suitable for deep dewatering needs of fine-grained materials in mineral processing, metallurgy, coal and other fields.

Main body includes screen box, high-frequency vibration exciter, shock absorption system, screen mesh and frame. Screen box adopts steel plate welding structure with high strength; vibration exciter is eccentric block type, frequency adjustable 20-50Hz, amplitude 1-5mm; shock absorption system adopts rubber spring with excellent shock absorption effect; screen mesh is stainless steel woven mesh or polyurethane screen mesh, aperture 0.1-5mm optional; frame is carbon steel welding with leveling device. Processing capacity 5-200t/h, moisture content of dewatered materials can be as low as 8%-15%.

Materials to be dewatered are evenly fed to the inclined screen surface, and the high-frequency vibration exciter generates high-frequency vibration, making the materials perform high-frequency jumping movement on the screen surface; the moisture in the materials quickly penetrates through the screen mesh to form underflow under the action of vibration, while the solid materials move downward along the screen surface under the action of vibration thrust, and continuously dewater during the process; finally, the dewatered dry materials are discharged from the end of the screen surface to realize efficient solid-liquid separation.
