Press Filter is a core equipment for deep dewatering of solid-liquid separation, designed for dewatering of materials with high moisture content. Adopting "pressure filtration + filter cake pressing" integrated technology, it realizes deep dewatering of materials by intercepting solid phase with filter cloth and squeezing dewatering with pressure. It has low moisture content of filter cake and high solid recovery rate, widely used in dewatering treatment of materials in mineral processing, metallurgy, environmental protection, chemical industry and other fields.
Main body includes filter plates, filter frames (or diaphragm filter plates), pressing device, filter cloth cleaning system and control system. Filter plates are made of reinforced polypropylene or cast iron, with filtration area 5-1000㎡; pressing device is hydraulic or mechanical, with pressing pressure 0.8-3.0MPa; filter cloth is made of polyester or polyamide, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant; control system is PLC fully automatic control, supporting remote monitoring. Processing capacity 0.5-50t/h, moisture content of filter cake can be as low as 15%-40%.
The pressing device presses the filter plates and filter frames tightly to form a closed filter chamber; the material to be filtered is injected into the filter chamber under pressure by the feed pump, and under the action of pressure, the liquid seeps through the filter cloth to form filtrate, and the solid phase is intercepted to form filter cake; when the filter cake reaches a certain thickness, the filter cake is further squeezed and dewatered by diaphragm pressing or secondary pressure; finally, the filter plates are loosened, and the filter cake falls off automatically to complete the filtration and dewatering process.
