Product Details
The Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder is a kind of equipment that uses the principle of electromagnetic vibration to realize continuous and uniform feeding of materials. It has the characteristics of simple structure, small volume, light weight and convenient adjustment. It is suitable for quantitative feeding of powdery, granular and small block materials, and is widely used in production lines of various industries.
The Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder is mainly composed of a trough, an electromagnetic vibrator, a spring support, a control system and a frame. The trough is made of wear-resistant steel plate, with cross-sectional shapes such as rectangular and trough-shaped, which can be selected according to material characteristics and feeding requirements;
The Electromagnetic vibrator is the core component, composed of electromagnet, armature, vibrating body, etc., which generates vibration through the periodic change of electromagnetic force; the spring support adopts plate spring or coil spring, supporting the trough and vibrator, and at the same time making the vibration system generate stable directional vibration; the control system is composed of thyristor rectifier and control instrument, which controls the amplitude of the vibrator by adjusting the input current, and then adjusts the feeding volume; the frame adopts light steel structure to ensure stable installation of the equipment.
According to the installation method, the equipment can be divided into seat type and hanging type; according to the trough form, it can be divided into open type and closed type (suitable for materials with large dust).
There is a certain gap between the electromagnet and the armature of the electromagnetic vibrator. When the electromagnet is connected to AC power, it will generate a periodically changing electromagnetic attraction. Under the action of electromagnetic attraction, the armature drives the vibrating body and the trough to move towards the electromagnet, and the spring support is compressed at the same time; when the electromagnetic attraction decreases to less than the reset force of the spring, the spring drives the trough and the vibrating body to reset. Repeating this, the trough makes periodic reciprocating vibration under the action of the spring support (the vibration frequency is usually 50Hz).
The vibration direction of the trough forms a certain angle with the horizontal direction (usually 20°-30°). Under the combined action of inertial force and gravity, the materials in the trough make continuous jumping movement along the slope of the trough, so as to realize continuous feeding of materials from the feeding end to the discharging end of the trough. By adjusting the input current of the electromagnetic vibrator through the control system, the magnitude of the electromagnetic attraction can be changed, and then the amplitude of the trough can be changed. The larger the amplitude, the larger the feeding volume.
