The ZSW Vibrating Feeder is a heavy-duty feeding equipment designed for coarse crushing production lines. Adopting double eccentric shaft vibrator, it has large feeding capacity, strong impact resistance and stable operation, suitable for large block and coarse granular materials.
Composed of trough, double eccentric shaft vibrator, spring support, driving device and frame. The trough is welded with thick steel plate, inner wall can be equipped with wear-resistant liner; vibrator as core generates strong exciting force; spring support buffers vibration to protect foundation; driving device drives vibrator via coupling. Multiple specifications cover various capacities, matching different coarse crushing equipment.
Motor drives double eccentric shaft vibrator to rotate, generating centrifugal inertial force to make trough do directional forced vibration. Under exciting force, materials make continuous forward throwing movement along trough slope, realizing continuous feeding from silo to coarse crushing equipment. Feeding volume can be adjusted by modifying exciting force or trough inclination.
