Product Details
KYF Forced Air Flotation Cell is a high-efficiency core flotation equipment, categorized as flotation equipment. Adopting "lower air suction + forced aeration" composite design, optimizing tank flow state and impeller structure, it has large processing capacity and high separation efficiency, suitable for roughing, scavenging and cleaning of various minerals, often used in series with XCF flotation cell to form a flotation system.
The main body consists of tank, impeller-stator assembly, aeration system and froth scraping device. The tank is welded with low-carbon steel, inner wall lined with wear-resistant rubber or high-chromium liner; impeller is forged with wear-resistant alloy, equipped with high-efficiency reducer motor; aeration system includes low-pressure fan and air distribution device, froth scraping device is rotating scraper. Single tank volume 2-200m³, processing capacity 1-600m³/h, suitable for large, medium and small mineral processing plants.
After slurry enters the tank, the impeller rotates at high speed, forming negative pressure under the impeller to suck in air, while the low-pressure fan forcibly supplements air, and the air is refined into tiny bubbles by the stator; the impeller stirs to fully contact the slurry, reagent and bubbles, and the target minerals attach to the bubbles to form mineralized froth; the rotating scraper scrapes the froth as concentrate, and the unattached gangue minerals are discharged from the tank bottom discharge port, and some can be returned for re-separation.
