SF Self-aspiring Flotation Cell is a self-priming flotation equipment, categorized as flotation equipment. Adopting integrated design of impeller self-priming air and mechanical stirring, no separate aeration device is needed, with compact structure, suitable for small and medium-sized mineral processing plants and roughing, scavenging of easily floatable minerals.
The main body consists of tank, impeller-stator device and froth scraping mechanism. The tank is welded with steel plate, inner wall lined with wear-resistant rubber; impeller is cast with wear-resistant cast iron, driven by asynchronous motor; froth scraping mechanism is reciprocating scraper. Single tank volume 0.3-50m³, processing capacity 0.1-150m³/h, suitable for small and medium-sized flotation systems.
Motor drives impeller to rotate at high speed, negative pressure is formed in the impeller to self-prime air and slurry; air is cut into fine bubbles by stator, impeller stirs to fully mix slurry, reagent and bubbles; target minerals attach to bubbles to form mineralized froth, reciprocating scraper scrapes froth as concentrate, and tailings are discharged from tank bottom.
