Product Details
XCF Forced Air Flotation Cell is a core flotation equipment. Adopting combined design of forced aeration and mechanical stirring, optimizing impeller and stator structure, bubbles are evenly dispersed, suitable for roughing and cleaning of easily floatable and moderately floatable minerals, often used in series with KYF flotation cell.
XCF Forced Air Flotation Cell drives the impeller to rotate at high speed via a motor to forcibly suck in air, which is broken into fine bubbles and dispersed in the pulp. Target mineral particles treated with reagents adhere to the bubbles and float to the liquid surface to form foam products, while non-target minerals are discharged with tailings, achieving efficient mineral separation. It features large aeration volume and fine bubbles, suitable for refractory minerals and large-scale mineral processing scenarios.
