Desorption Electrolysis System is the core equipment for gold extraction, integrating desorption and electrolysis functions. Adopting high-temperature and high-pressure desorption + low-temperature electrolysis process, it is suitable for efficient extraction of gold from gold-loaded carbon, with high desorption and electrolysis rates and high automation, mainly used in precious metal recovery link after gold ore beneficiation.

Product Details

Desorption Electrolysis System is the core equipment for gold extraction, integrating desorption and electrolysis functions. Adopting high-temperature and high-pressure desorption + low-temperature electrolysis process, it is suitable for efficient extraction of gold from gold-loaded carbon, with high desorption and electrolysis rates and high automation, mainly used in precious metal recovery link after gold ore beneficiation.

Main body includes desorption column, electrolytic cell, heating system, circulating pump and PLC control system. Desorption column is designed for high pressure (0.8-1.2MPa), heating power 50-500kW; electrolytic cell adopts titanium plate electrode, current density 100-300A/m²; circulation system is equipped with corrosion-resistant pump, flow rate adjustable. Processing capacity 0.5-10t/d (gold-loaded carbon), desorption temperature 120-160℃, full-process automatic monitoring.

Gold-loaded carbon is put into desorption column. Under high temperature and pressure, desorption solution (sodium cyanide/sodium hydroxide solution) circulates and rinses, gold desorbs from carbon surface into solution; gold-containing solution is pumped into electrolytic cell, through electrode reaction, gold precipitates on cathode to form gold mud; tail liquid is recycled after treatment, realizing gold extraction and resource recycling.
