Leaching Agitator Tank

Leaching Agitator Tank is the core equipment for mineral leaching, designed for mixing reaction between slurry and reagent. Adopting multi-layer stirring impeller + guide cylinder structure, it realizes uniform mixing and full reaction of slurry, suitable for leaching process of gold, silver, copper and other metal ores, with excellent sealing performance, suitable for normal temperature/high temperature leaching conditions.

Product Details

Main body includes tank body, stirring device, transmission system, sealing mechanism and heating/cooling jacket. Tank body is carbon steel lined with rubber/stainless steel, volume 5-500m³; stirring impeller is propeller/turbine type, multi-layer arrangement; transmission system is equipped with reducer motor + coupling, speed 5-30r/min; mechanical seal prevents leakage, heating jacket optional for temperature control (50-120℃).

Slurry and leaching reagent are added into tank in proportion, motor drives stirring impeller to rotate, generating axial and radial stirring force; guide cylinder guides slurry to form circulating flow, enabling full contact and reaction between slurry and reagent; temperature is controlled by jacket during reaction, leached slurry is discharged from outlet to next process.
