Washing Thickener is a core equipment integrating solid-liquid separation and washing, designed for slurry dehydration and impurity cleaning. Adopting multi-layer washing area + high-efficiency concentration structure, it realizes simultaneous slurry concentration dehydration and solid-phase deep washing, with high washing efficiency and low water consumption, suitable for slurry treatment in mineral processing, metallurgy, chemical industry and other fields.
Main body includes concentration tank, central transmission device, stirring sludge scraper, washing water distribution system and discharge mechanism. Concentration tank is carbon steel lined with anti-corrosion layer or concrete structure, diameter 5-50m, depth 3-8m; transmission system is equipped with reducer motor + torque protection device; sludge scraper is truss type with anti-settling stirring impeller; washing water adopts multi-layer annular water distribution with high uniformity. Processing capacity 10-2000m³/h, underflow concentration can be adjusted to 40%-70%.
Slurry enters from the center of concentration tank, solid particles settle to the tank bottom under gravity; central transmission drives sludge scraper to push sediment to central discharge port, while washing water is evenly sprayed to sediment layer from multi-layer water distribution pipe; washing water dissolves and takes away impurities on solid surface during infiltration, and discharges from overflow port together with supernatant; underflow after concentration and washing is discharged from discharge port, realizing solid-liquid separation and deep washing.
