Zinc Powder Displacement Device is the core equipment for precious metal recovery, designed for extracting precious metals from gold and silver-containing precious liquid. Adopting zinc powder reduction displacement process, it integrates stirring mixing, reaction precipitation and solid-liquid separation functions, with high displacement efficiency and precise automatic control, mainly used in precious metal recovery link from precious liquid after gold ore cyanide leaching.
Main body includes displacement tank, zinc powder feeding system, stirring device, solid-liquid separator and PLC control system. Displacement tank is made of stainless steel, volume 10-300m³; zinc powder feeder is variable frequency screw type, feeding precision ±0.5%; stirring impeller is turbine type, speed 15-40r/min; solid-liquid separator can be plate and frame filter press or centrifugal separator. Processing capacity 5-500m³/h precious liquid, suitable for different capacity requirements.
After pretreatment, gold and silver-containing precious liquid is pumped into displacement tank, and zinc powder is added in proportion by variable frequency feeder; stirring impeller rotates to fully mix zinc powder and precious liquid, zinc powder reduces gold and silver ions in precious liquid to form gold and silver simple substance precipitation; mixed liquid enters solid-liquid separator, separated gold mud enters subsequent purification process, and tail liquid is discharged up to standard or recycled after treatment.
