Jig is a core gravity separation device, classified within the category of gravity separation equipment. It operates based on the density difference of minerals, utilizing a water pulsation separation design. The structure of the jigging chamber and the pulsation mechanism have been optimized, resulting in high separation efficiency. It is suitable for both roughing and cleaning of minerals with significant density differences and is widely used in the separation of metallic and non-metallic ores.
The main body consists of jigger chamber,pulsation mechanism, ore discharge mechanism and water circulation system. The inner wall of jigger chamber is paved with wear-resistant liner; the鼓动 device is driven by eccentric wheel or hydraulic pressure, equipped with variable frequency motor; the ore discharge mechanism is an automatic control gate. Divided into piston type, diaphragm type, etc. by structure, processing capacity 5-300t/h, suitable for different capacity requirements.
Slurry enters the jigger chamber, and the pulsation mechanism makes water produce periodic pulsation; under the action of pulsation, high-density minerals settle to the bottom of the jigger chamber to form heavy products, and low-density minerals suspend in the upper layer to form light products; heavy and light products are discharged separately through the ore discharge mechanism to realize separation by density.
