Product Details

Shaking Table is a high-precision gravity separation equipment, categorized as gravity separation equipment. Based on mineral density and particle size differences, it adopts combined design of reciprocating shaking and inclined water flow separation, optimizes bed structure and shaking parameters, with high separation precision. Suitable for fine-grained mineral cleaning and purification, widely used in rare and precious metal separation.

The main body consists of bed surface, shaking mechanism, water supply device and ore receiving tank. The bed surface is made of wear-resistant material (FRP or cast iron) with anti-slip wear-resistant layer; shaking mechanism is driven by eccentric connecting rod, equipped with speed-regulating motor; water supply device is uniform water distribution pipe. Divided into mineral-use, coal-use, etc. by purpose, processing capacity 0.5-20t/h, suitable for fine-grain separation needs.

Slurry is evenly fed to the bed surface, and the water supply device provides horizontal water flow; the shaking mechanism drives the bed to reciprocate. Under the action of shaking and water flow, high-density coarse minerals slide down along the longitudinal direction (slope direction) of the bed, while low-density fine minerals are discharged with horizontal water flow; minerals of different densities form zones on the bed and are collected from different ore receiving tanks respectively, realizing high-precision separation.
