Spiral Chute is an efficient gravity separation equipment, categorized as gravity separation equipment. Based on mineral density difference, it adopts spiral inclined surface flow film separation design, optimizes spiral trough structure and slope, no moving parts, suitable for fine-grain mineral separation, widely used in separation and purification of metal ore, non-metallic ore and coal.
The main body consists of spiral trough, support, ore feeding device and ore receiving hopper. The spiral trough is integrally formed with FRP or wear-resistant plastic, with smooth and wear-resistant surface; the trough slope is adjustable, and the ore feeding device is a buffer feeder. Single spiral diameter 200-1500mm, processing capacity 0.3-50t/h, can be used in single group or multiple groups in parallel.
Slurry is evenly fed to the top of the spiral trough through the ore feeding device, and flows spirally downward along the trough surface to form a flow film; under the action of gravity, centrifugal force and friction, high-density minerals settle to the inner side of the trough bottom, move slowly downward with the bottom flow, and discharge from the inner ore receiving hopper; low-density minerals suspend in the upper layer of the flow film and discharge from the outer ore receiving hopper to realize separation.
