  • Introduction:The Ceramic Ball Mill is a high-end precision grinding equipment that utilizes high-purity, high-density ceramic materials for both its inner lining and grinding media. Its core design is dedicated to eliminating metallic ion contamination entirely, making it the ideal solution for processing materials with stringent requirements regarding iron content, chemical purity, color consistency, and electrical properties. It is widely used in industries such as electronic ceramics, advanced glazes, lithium battery materials, specialty chemicals, as well as food and pharmaceuticals, serving as essential equipment for producing high-purity, contamination-free ultra-fine powders.

  • Working Principle:Material, along with ceramic grinding balls of specified sizes, is loaded into a rotating drum lined with ceramic. As the drum rotates driven by the system, the ceramic balls are lifted to a certain height by centrifugal and frictional forces before cascading or cataracting down. During this process, the ceramic balls exert intense impact, abrasion, and shearing forces on the material, achieving ultra-fine grinding and homogeneous mixing. Since the entire grinding environment is composed of chemically inert ceramics, the material avoids any contact with metals throughout the process, thereby ensuring the highest possible purity of the final product.
