Introduction:The Ceramic Ball Mill is a high-end precision grinding equipment that utilizes high-purity, high-density ceramic materials for both its inner lining and grinding media. Working Principle:Material, along with ceramic grinding balls of specified sizes, is loaded into a rotating drum lined with ceramic. As the drum rotates driven by the system, the ceramic balls are lifted to a certain height by centrifugal and frictional forces before cascading or cataracting down. During this process, the ceramic balls exert intense impact, abrasion, and shearing forces on the material, achieving ultra-fine grinding and homogeneous mixing.
