  • Introduction:The Ceramic Lined Ball Mill is an industrial grinding machine that utilizes high-strength, wear-resistant industrial ceramic as the lining for its core grinding chamber. Building upon the robust, high-capacity, and adaptable framework of traditional ball mills, it effectively addresses issues of metallic contamination and acid corrosion by ceramicizing the key contact surfaces. It is the ideal industrial-grade solution for large-scale, cost-effective, and clean production in mineral processing, chemical raw material preparation, and other applications with strict iron content requirements, achieving an excellent balance between cost-effectiveness, durability, and contamination resistance.

  • Working Principle:Material and grinding media (steel balls, ceramic balls, or natural pebbles) are loaded into the rotating drum, whose inner wall is tightly inlaid or bonded with high-density ceramic liners. As the drum rotates, the media are lifted and cascaded, impacting and grinding the material. Throughout this process, all surfaces that contact and abrade the material are made of chemically inert ceramic. This robust ceramic barrier serves two primary functions: it physically isolates the material from the metal drum, preventing contamination from iron and other metallic impurities; and its exceptional wear resistance significantly extends the equipment’s service life when processing abrasive or corrosive materials, while consistently maintaining stable product quality.
