Dry Ball Mill is a core grinding equipment without water participation, categorized as grinding equipment. Optimized for arid areas and low-moisture demand scenarios, it has improved sealing and ventilation structures to achieve efficient dry grinding, suitable for rough and medium grinding in metal ore, non-metallic ore and building materials fields.
The main body is a high-strength steel welded cylinder with high manganese steel or high chromium liner. Equipped with energy-saving motor and hard-tooth reducer, transmission efficiency ≥95%. The feed end has a sealed feed hopper, and the discharge end is equipped with a classifying screen and vent to prevent dust leakage. Specifications range from φ1000×2000 to φ4000×6000, with capacity 3-100t/h, suitable for different production scales.
Motor drives the cylinder to rotate; steel balls are lifted with the cylinder and fall to impact and crush the feed. Meanwhile, steel balls and liners grind ore particles. The ventilation system discharges dust and heat in real time; the classifying screen screens qualified materials for discharge, and coarse materials stay in the cylinder for circular grinding.
