The main body of the equipment is welded with high-strength steel, and the inner cylinder is lined with wear-resistant rubber or high-chromium alloy liner, which effectively extends the service life of the equipment. The core component, the grid plate, is cast with special alloy and designed with a reasonable ore discharge hole structure, which can forcefully discharge the ground slurry and avoid over-grinding. 

The transmission system adopts an energy-saving motor combined with a reducer, with a transmission efficiency of over 95%. The feed inlet is designed in an inclined type to facilitate uniform entry of slurry, and the discharge outlet is equipped with a screening device to initially control the slurry particle size. The equipment comes in various specifications, ranging from φ900×1800 to φ3200×4500, which can meet different production capacity requirements.

Product Application

  • Metal Ore Dressing: In the dressing process of iron ore, copper ore, lead-zinc ore, gold ore, etc., it is used as rough grinding and medium grinding equipment to grind the raw ore to the particle size required for flotation or magnetic separation. For example, in an iron ore dressing plant, the crushed iron ore is ground into a slurry with -200 mesh accounting for about 60%, providing qualified raw materials for the subsequent magnetic separation operation.

  • Non-Metallic Ore Processing: Used for grinding non-metallic ores such as limestone, dolomite, and quartz sand, providing fine powder raw materials for construction materials, chemical industry and other industries. For example, in cement production, limestone is ground to a certain fineness for the subsequent calcination process.
