Its core components include power unit, frame, water basin, grinding rollers and grinding disc. With a feed particle size of less than 30mm and a discharge particle size ranging from 0.074mm to 0.6mm, it is often used as an alternative to small and medium-sized ball mills, widely applied in small and medium-sized mineral processing plants.

It is classified into gold ore mill, amalgamation mill, iron mill and electric mill based on application scenarios, and single-roller, double-roller (the most common type) and triple-roller models by structural differences. Its core components include power unit, frame, water basin, grinding rollers and grinding disc. With a feed particle size of less than 30mm and a discharge particle size ranging from 0.074mm to 0.6mm, it is often used as an alternative to small and medium-sized ball mills, widely applied in small and medium-sized mineral processing plants.

Working Principle: The motor transmits power to the reducer first, which then drives the grinding rollers to rotate counterclockwise around the horizontal axis. During operation, the grinding rollers can not only revolve around the large vertical shaft of the wet pan mill but also rotate around their own central axes, while the grinding disc remains fixed. When materials such as ore enter the equipment, they are subjected to the extrusion force from the weight of the grinding rollers and the huge friction force between the rotating grinding rollers and the fixed grinding disc. After repeated extrusion, kneading and grinding, the materials are thoroughly crushed to reach the required fineness. Meanwhile, full mixing of materials and water is achieved to complete the wet grinding process.

Product Application

Metal Ore Processing: As its core application field, it is widely used for grinding and mineral processing of precious metals such as gold and silver, as well as wet grinding and mineral processing of various non-ferrous and ferrous metals including lead, zinc, copper, molybdenum, iron and tungsten. It is the preferred grinding equipment for small-scale rock gold processing plants.
Non-Metal Ore Processing: It can finely grind non-metal minerals such as kaolin, bentonite, quartz, limestone, gypsum and graphite, providing raw material processing support for industries such as ceramics and building materials.
