Product Details
This self-cleaning magnetic separation device utilizes high-performance permanent magnets (e.g., neodymium-iron-boron) as the magnetic source. Built on the foundation of high-intensity permanent magnetic separators, it incorporates additional components including a reducer, iron-removing belt, and rollers. It automatically extracts ferromagnetic materials weighing 0.1–50 kg from moving bulk materials. The permanent magnetic core boasts an extended service life, with a typical magnetic loss rate of less than 3% over 10 years, eliminating the need for frequent manual iron removal.
The permanent magnetic system generates a strong magnetic field. As materials pass directly beneath the separator, ferromagnetic impurities are adsorbed onto the surface of the iron-removing belt. Driven by a geared motor, the belt continuously runs; when the belt segment with adsorbed impurities moves to the non-magnetic zone, the impurities are scraped off by the scrapers and collected in the iron bin, realizing continuous automatic iron separation.
