Dry Magnetic Separator is the core model of dry magnetic separator series, designed for dry materials. Adopting integrated design of high-gradient permanent magnet/electromagnetic system and vibrating feeding, it is suitable for separation of massive, granular and powdery dry materials. Used for magnetic mineral enrichment or non-magnetic material iron removal, it requires no water and is suitable for water-deficient or water-sensitive working conditions.
Main body includes high-gradient magnetic system, vibrating feeder, separation drum/belt, frame and dust removal interface. Magnetic system is NdFeB permanent magnet (or electromagnetic adjustable), magnetic field strength 5000-20000Gs; feeder is variable frequency speed regulation for uniform material distribution; separation parts have hardened surface for wear resistance. Processing capacity 3-800t/h, separation particle size 0.05-50mm, equipped with sealing cover to prevent dust.
Dry materials are evenly fed to the surface of separation drum/belt by vibrating feeder, and enter high-gradient magnetic field area with transmission; magnetic minerals are adsorbed by magnetic field, rotate with drum/belt to non-magnetic area, and fall off as magnetic products under gravity or scraper action; non-magnetic materials are not affected by magnetic field force, slide down directly along separation surface and discharge, completing dry separation.
