Magnetic Drum is a core magnetic separation equipment integrating magnetic separation and conveying. It adopts integrated inlay design of high-performance permanent magnets and wear-resistant drums, optimizes magnetic field gradient and rotation speed, and realizes dry magnetic separation of massive and granular materials. Used for magnetic mineral enrichment or iron removal from non-magnetic materials, it has compact structure and high efficiency, widely used in mineral processing, building materials, metallurgy and other fields.

Main body includes drum, permanent magnet core, frame, transmission system and feeding device. Drum is 304 stainless steel or wear-resistant carbon steel (surface hardened), inner wall inlaid with NdFeB/ferrite permanent magnets to form annular magnetic field; transmission system has variable frequency motor and precision reducer, speed adjustable. Frame is welded with high-strength steel, with leveling device. Custom parameters: magnetic field strength 5000-18000Gs, drum diameter 300-1500mm, length 500-3000mm, speed 15-60r/min, capacity 10-1000t/h, adapting to different needs.

During operation, the variable frequency motor drives the drum to rotate at a constant speed, and the permanent magnet core is fixed to form a stable magnetic field. Materials are fed to the drum surface through the feeding device. Magnetic substances are adsorbed by the magnetic field and rotate with the drum, then fall off as magnetic products due to gravity when reaching the non-magnetic area; non-magnetic materials slide down directly as non-magnetic products to complete separation.
