Magnetic Separator is a general equipment in magnetic separation field, divided into dry and wet series. Adopting gradient magnetic field design, it is suitable for separation of minerals with different particle sizes and magnetism. Used for magnetic mineral enrichment, non-magnetic material iron removal or mineral classification, it has modular structure and is suitable for mineral processing, metallurgy, environmental protection and other fields.
Main body includes magnetic field system, separation chamber, transmission device and temperature control module. Dry type is equipped with permanent magnet/electromagnetic system and vibrating feeding; wet type has slurry tank and stirring device. Magnetic field strength is adjustable 3000-20000Gs, processing capacity 5-1200t/h, separation particle size 0.01-50mm. Material can be stainless steel or wear-resistant carbon steel, suitable for dry and wet working conditions.
Dry type: Materials are fed to magnetic field area by vibration, magnetic minerals are adsorbed to separation surface, transferred to non-magnetic area with transmission device and fall off; non-magnetic materials are discharged directly.
Wet type: Slurry enters separation chamber, after stirring, magnetic minerals are adsorbed to magnetic system surface, separated from magnetic field by rotation, non-magnetic slurry is discharged from overflow port.
