Product Details
A slurry pump with two-stage impellers in series. It improves head via two-stage progressive pressurization, suitable for long-distance or high-drop transportation of high-concentration, high-solid-content slurry, applied in industrial scenarios requiring large head.
Core structure includes two series-connected impellers, double volute pump body, high-strength pump shaft and mechanical seal. Two impellers are symmetrically in series to form a continuous pressurization channel; double volute balances radial force and reduces operating load; flow-passing parts are made of high-chromium alloy (Cr27) or rubber, hardness HRC58-62, suitable for slurry transportation with concentration ≤60%.
Motor drives pump shaft to rotate two-stage impellers synchronously. The first-stage impeller sucks and initially pressurizes slurry, then the second-stage impeller performs secondary pressurization. Slurry is collected via volute and transported through outlet pipeline to achieve high-head transportation. Two impellers are precisely matched to reduce energy loss.
