Product Details
The wear-resistant slurry pump takes super wear resistance as its core competitiveness. Through material upgrading and structural optimization, it effectively resists solid particle erosion and medium corrosion, and is a reliable choice for slurry transportation under high-wear and strong-corrosion working conditions.
Core flow-passing parts (impeller, pump body, sheath) are made of high-chromium alloy (Cr28), natural rubber or polyurethane, with high-chromium alloy hardness up to HRC60-65; open impeller design is suitable for ≤80mm solid particles; equipped with double-end mechanical seal, leakage prevention performance increased by 40%, overall suitable for corrosive slurry with concentration ≤65%.
The motor drives the impeller to rotate at high speed to generate centrifugal force, forming negative pressure in the pump cavity to suck in slurry. After being pressurized by the impeller, it is discharged along the volute flow channel; wear-resistant materials reduce erosion, and double-end seal prevents slurry from seeping into the shaft to ensure continuous operation.
