It can automatically adjust the center of gravity according to changes in material load to ensure stable vibration trajectory, accurately complete classification of materials with different particle sizes, and is widely suitable for various industrial screening scenarios.
The core structure adopts a self-centering vibration module, matched with an optimally designed screen and vibration excitation device. The amplitude can be accurately adjusted within the range of 5-15mm, and the screening efficiency is over 85%. According to the particle size, humidity, density and other characteristics of materials, the equipment can flexibly adjust the vibration frequency (15-30Hz) and screen surface inclination (0-15°), suitable for various working conditions from dry mineral powder to wet viscous materials. The fuselage is welded with high-strength carbon steel, with excellent impact resistance.
The three-phase asynchronous motor drives the eccentric vibration block to rotate at high speed, generating directional periodic excitation force and driving the screen box to vibrate with a fixed trajectory. When the material load changes and causes the center of gravity of the screen body to shift, the built-in automatic centering mechanism of the equipment will adjust the relative position of the vibration block in real time, so that the vibration center always coincides with the geometric center of the equipment to ensure stable vibration of the screen surface. Materials perform projectile and sliding movements on the screen surface under the action of vibration force. Particles smaller than the screen holes pass through the screen, and particles larger than the screen holes are discharged along the screen surface to achieve efficient classification.
