Product Details

Composed of screen box, vibrator, spring support, driving device and frame. Welded steel screen box with multi-layer wear-resistant screens; eccentric block vibrator generates circular vibration trajectory; spring support absorbs vibration to reduce foundation impact; driving device drives vibrator via V-belt. 1-4 layers of screens can be configured for multi-grade screening.

Motor drives vibrator's eccentric block to rotate via V-belt, generating centrifugal inertial force to make screen box vibrate circularly. Materials fall onto screen from feeding end, jump forward along screen surface under vibration. Materials smaller than screen holes pass through as undersize; larger ones discharge from outlet to realize classification.
