Efficiency Deep Cone Thickener is a core high-concentration solid-liquid separation equipment, designed for deep slurry concentration and dehydration. Adopting "high-efficiency flocculation + deep cone gravity compression + underflow pressurization" integrated technology, optimizing deep cone tank, stirring compression system and discharge device, it achieves dual improvement of sedimentation efficiency and underflow concentration, with small floor space and adaptability to high-concentration needs, widely used in mineral processing, metallurgy, environmental protection and other fields.

Main body includes deep cone concentration tank, central transmission stirring and compression device, flocculant addition system, high-pressure discharge device and automatic control system. Tank is carbon steel lined with anti-corrosion layer or concrete structure, diameter 5-40m, cone height 8-25m (deep cone ratio 1:2-1:3); transmission system is equipped with variable frequency reducer motor + torque protection; stirring device has compression blades to enhance sediment compactness; flocculant system has precise metering, high-pressure discharge pump ensures high-concentration discharge. Processing capacity 15-2000m³/h, underflow concentration 65%-85%.

Slurry enters the tank through the central feeding device, and flocculant is injected in proportion to aggregate fine particles into large flocs to accelerate sedimentation; the deep cone structure forms a gravity compression zone, and flocs are dehydrated and compacted under the dual action of gravity and stirring compression blades in the lower part; central transmission drives the sludge scraping device to push high-density sediment to the central discharge port, which is discharged as high-concentration underflow by the high-pressure discharge pump; clarified supernatant is discharged from the upper overflow port to complete efficient solid-liquid separation.
