Product Details
Hydraulic Central Drive Thickener is a core medium and large-scale solid-liquid separation equipment, designed for efficient slurry concentration and dehydration. Adopting "hydraulic central transmission + high-efficiency sludge scraping + optional flocculation enhancement" integrated technology, optimizing hydraulic transmission system, sludge scraping mechanism and tank layout, it has the characteristics of stable transmission, large sludge scraping torque and strong adaptability, widely used in medium and large-scale concentration scenarios such as mineral processing, metallurgy and environmental protection.
Main body includes circular concentration tank, hydraulic central transmission device, truss-type sludge scraper, central feeding device and discharge system. The tank is made of reinforced concrete or carbon steel lined with anti-corrosion layer, with diameter 8-50m and depth 4-10m; the transmission system is equipped with hydraulic motor + reduction mechanism, with output torque 10-100kN·m, which can realize stepless speed regulation; the sludge scraper adopts angle-adjustable scrapers, adapting to the tank bottom slope to ensure no residual sludge scraping; optional flocculant precise addition system to improve concentration efficiency. Processing capacity 20-2000m³/h, underflow concentration 35%-65%.
Slurry is evenly distributed into the concentration tank through the central feeding cylinder. If equipped with a flocculation system, the chemicals are fully mixed with the slurry to agglomerate fine particles and accelerate sedimentation; under the action of gravity, solid particles settle naturally to the tank bottom; the hydraulic central transmission device drives the sludge scraper to rotate slowly, and the scrapers push the sediment at the tank bottom to the central discharge port; the sediment is pressurized and discharged as underflow by the discharge pump, and the clarified supernatant is collected and discharged from the overflow tank at the upper part of the tank to complete solid-liquid separation. The hydraulic system can automatically adjust the speed according to the sediment amount to ensure stable operation.
