Product Details
Peripheral Transmission Thickener is a core large-capacity solid-liquid separation equipment, designed for large-scale slurry concentration and dehydration. Adopting "peripheral track transmission + truss-type sludge scraping + gravity sedimentation" integrated structure, optimizing transmission walking system and sludge scraping layout, it realizes the combination of super large processing capacity and stable operation, suitable for large-scale concentration needs in large mineral processing, metallurgy, environmental protection and other scenarios.
Main body includes large circular concentration tank, peripheral transmission device, truss-type sludge scraping system, central feeding device and discharge mechanism. The tank is made of reinforced concrete or carbon steel lined with anti-corrosion layer, with diameter 15-100m and depth 4-12m; the transmission system is equipped with variable frequency motor + traveling wheel set, running along the annular track on the top of the tank; the sludge scraper adopts multi-arm scraper, with angle adapted to the tank bottom slope; optional flocculant precise addition system to improve efficiency. Processing capacity 50-5000m³/h, underflow concentration 30%-60%.
Slurry is evenly distributed into the concentration tank through the central feeding cylinder, and solid particles settle naturally to the tank bottom under the action of gravity; the peripheral transmission device drives the truss-type sludge scraper to run slowly along the track, and multiple sets of scrapers work together to push the sediment at the tank bottom to the central discharge port; the sediment is pressurized and discharged as underflow by the discharge pump, and the clarified supernatant is collected and discharged from the annular overflow tank at the upper part of the tank to complete large-scale solid-liquid separation. If equipped with a flocculation system, it can accelerate particle agglomeration and sedimentation to improve efficiency.
