High Efficiency Agitator Washer is the core equipment for deep slurry washing, designed for separating solid materials and liquid impurities. Adopting "strong stirring + countercurrent washing" integrated process, optimizing impeller structure and water flow control, it realizes full contact between materials and washing liquid, with high washing efficiency and low water consumption, suitable for slurry impurity removal and washing in mineral processing, metallurgy and other fields.
Main body includes washing tank, high-efficiency stirring device, inlet and outlet liquid system, discharge mechanism and liquid level control system. Washing tank is carbon steel lined with rubber or stainless steel, volume 8-400m³; stirring impeller is composite type (propulsion + shearing), speed 10-35r/min; inlet and outlet liquid are arranged in zones to realize countercurrent washing; discharge port is equipped with variable frequency control gate, suitable for different solid concentrations. Processing capacity 15-800m³/h, impurity removal rate can be customized.
Slurry to be washed enters from the lower part of the tank, and washing liquid is injected countercurrently from the upper part; the composite stirring impeller rotates to generate strong shearing and circulating flow, making full contact between solid materials and washing liquid, dissolving impurities attached to the material surface; impurities are discharged from the upper overflow port with the washing liquid, and the washed materials gather at the bottom under gravity, and are accurately discharged through the variable frequency discharge gate to realize high-efficiency washing.
