Efficiency Thickener is a core solid-liquid separation equipment, designed for rapid slurry concentration and dehydration. Adopting "high-efficiency flocculation + deep concentration" integrated technology, optimizing tank structure and sludge scraping system, it improves sedimentation efficiency, with high underflow concentration and large processing capacity, suitable for large-scale slurry concentration in mineral processing, metallurgy, environmental protection and other fields.
Main body includes concentration tank, central transmission device, high-efficiency sludge scraper, flocculant addition system and automatic control system. Concentration tank is carbon steel lined with anti-corrosion layer or concrete structure, diameter 8-60m, depth 4-10m; transmission system is equipped with variable frequency reducer motor + overload protection; sludge scraper is equipped with inclined plate concentration device to improve sedimentation efficiency; flocculant system adds with precise metering. Processing capacity 20-3000m³/h, underflow concentration up to 50%-75%.
After slurry enters the concentration tank, the flocculant addition system injects flocculant in proportion to aggregate fine particles into large flocs to accelerate sedimentation; the inclined plate device increases the sedimentation area, and flocs quickly settle to the tank bottom; the central transmission drives the sludge scraper to push the sediment to the central discharge port, which is discharged as underflow by the pump; the clarified supernatant is discharged from the overflow port at the upper part of the tank to realize efficient solid-liquid separation.
