550 t/d lead-zinc ore flotation plant processes sulfide and oxidized lead-zinc ores. Through grinding, flotation separation, and multi-stage cleaning, it effectively separates lead and zinc concentrates with high recovery rates. Introduction: The 550 t/d Lead-Zinc Ore Flotation Plant is a medium-sized mineral processing facility designed for efficient separation of lead and zinc from complex sulfide ores. Equipped with advanced automation control systems and energy-saving equipment, the plant achieves stable processing capacity and high concentrate quality, meeting international industrial standards for lead-zinc beneficiation. It is widely applicable to various lead-zinc ore types, with strong adaptability to ore property fluctuations.
The process mainly adopts the "crushing-grinding-flotation-concentration" route, focusing on efficient separation of spodumene from gangue minerals. The key steps are as follows:
Crushing & Grinding
Raw ore is first crushed by jaw crusher and cone crusher to particle size below 15mm, then ground in ball mill to -200 mesh accounting for 65-70%, ensuring sufficient liberation of lead-zinc minerals.
Lead Roughing & Cleaning
Ground ore pulp is fed into flotation cell, adding lead collector (e.g., xanthate) and frother. Lead minerals adhere to bubbles to form lead rough concentrate. After 2-3 times of cleaning, high-grade lead concentrate (lead grade ≥65%) is obtained.
Zinc Flotation
Lead tailings are adjusted for pH value and added with zinc collector. Zinc minerals are floated to form zinc rough concentrate, which is cleaned 2 times to get zinc concentrate (zinc grade ≥50%).
Dehydration
Lead and zinc concentrates are dewatered by thickener and filter press, with moisture content ≤12%, facilitating storage and transportation. Tailings are discharged to tailings pond for environmental protection treatment.
