Ore:Lithium
Capacity:5500 t/d
5500 t/d lithium ore processing plant is a large-capacity solution for lithium ore (spodumene, lepidolite) processing. Adopting crushing, grinding, gravity pre-concentration, flotation separation, and chemical purification processes, it produces high-grade lithium concentrate for lithium battery materials and new energy industries. High processing efficiency, excellent separation effect, and environmental protection compliance.
Introduction: The 5500 t/d Lithium Ore Processing Plant is a large-scale mineral processing facility specialized in extracting lithium from pegmatite or spodumene ores. Adopting mature and reliable processing technology combined with intelligent control systems, the plant realizes large-scale continuous production, featuring high lithium recovery rate and stable product quality. It has strong adaptability to different lithium ore grades and can flexibly adjust parameters to meet downstream battery-grade lithium salt production requirements.
The process mainly adopts the "crushing-grinding-flotation-concentration" route, focusing on efficient separation of spodumene from gangue minerals. The key steps are as follows:
Crushing & Screening
Raw lithium ore is crushed by jaw crusher, cone crusher in three stages, and screened by vibrating screen to obtain crushed ore with particle size below 10mm, providing qualified materials for subsequent grinding.
Grinding & Classification
Crushed ore is ground in a ball mill, and classified by a hydrocyclone to control the grinding fineness to -200 mesh accounting for 75-80%, ensuring complete liberation of spodumene minerals.
Flotation Separation
Classified ore pulp is fed into a flotation cell, and after adjusting pH value, spodumene collector (e.g., fatty acid) and frother are added. Spodumene adheres to bubbles to form rough concentrate, which undergoes 3-4 times of cleaning to remove impurities such as feldspar and quartz, obtaining high-grade spodumene concentrate (lithium oxide grade ≥6.0%).
Concentration & Dehydration
Spodumene concentrate is concentrated by a thickener to increase pulp concentration, then dewatered by a filter press to reduce moisture content to ≤10%, which is convenient for storage, transportation and subsequent processing.
